The Position: We are looking for motivated CDL Class B Truck Drivers for the position of hydrovac driver and operator. We are looking for qualified candidates that can quickly move into leadership positions. Commercial construction, heavy equipment operation, or utility work experience is preferred.

Experience is great but character is essential. We are looking for someone humble, willing to learn, a great problem solver, and easy to work with.

Job Description:

• Safely drive and operate hydro excavation equipment.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and general maintenance of the equipment.
• Responsible for the successful completion of hydro excavation projects including utility line exposure, debris removal, trenching, storm system cleaning, and other duties as needed.
• Completion of digital reports including vehicle inspection, safety planning, and end of day field reports.
• Follow all OSHA and company safety requirements and promote a safe work culture
• Interacting with clients professionally and with strong customer service
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• CDL Class B with Tanker Endorsement and clean driving record
• Pass pre-employment screening including background check, driving record check, and drug screening
• Travel as required by job assignments, typically no more than 25%
• Be able to work extended periods in all Virginia weather climates
• Willing to take on other tasks as the business requires
• Availability to work on short notice and ability to work extended hours

Preferred qualifications include:

• Commercial construction experience
• Prior vacuum truck operator experience
• Mechanical knowledge
• Underground utility knowledge

The Position: We’re seeking a Vacuum Truck Assistant, to work as part of a two-person vacuum excavation team. No special certifications are required and training will be provided. Commercial construction or heavy equipment operation experience is preferred but prior experience is not required.
